I always post unmatted prints within 3-9 business days of receiving payment.

Matted prints will take up to two weeks to despatch.

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels in the care of the postal service but please let me know if your items do not arrive. I will check from my end or watch for returns.
